strange behavior

i have two stories in this week's l.a. citybeat. the longer one is an interview with loudon wainwright III and joe henry about LW3's new album, strange weirdos, which they worked on together and which is the soundtrack/score to judd apatow's knocked up, opening tomorrow.

i also reviewed a live performance by macy gray (pictured above; xlnt photo by oscar zagal) at the key club. awesome haircut, girlfriend.
